• Berkshire Watergardens is a dedicated company specializing in the construction of beautiful natural looking water garden ponds, pondless waterfalls, and Koi ponds.  We transform spaces with water garden ponds, pondless waterfalls, and Koi ponds, but we also offer several other services to our clients.
• We have a very intuitive landscape design sense, and can beautifully landscape around your water garden. Our years of landscaping experience allow us to blend your new water feature into the landscape with the proper choice of plants. 
• Also we can transform the area at night by adding low voltage lighting to the project. 
• We have built thousands of feet of stacked slate stone walls that are solid and artistically detailed.  
• We build beautiful stone patios.
• We can create a beautiful fire feature for you.   Formal style, stone, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, fire and water, fire tables, fire bowls/pots, fire and ice, one of a kind, etc.
• We can design a functional backyard living space for you that will make you want to spend most of your time in an area you never frequented before.
• We have a maintenance division that enables us to keep our projects looking as beautiful as possible. We provide “touch up” services two days per week. We can visit your project quarterly, bi-monthly, monthly, every so often. We recommend a yearly “deep cleaning” that is usually done in the Spring or Fall to keep your investment in it’s most pristine state. It will still be beautiful regardless, but some people like the extra touches. Operating a “touch up” division allows us to employ some highly skilled team members that keep getting better with time.
• We have partnerships with dozens of companies in the Jacksonville area that do all phases of home improvement. We offer turn key project management for your outdoor projects, or we can put you in touch with the correct company that matches your project.

• We are fully licensed and insured. Our business insurance policy is $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $2,000,000 per year. Each employee is covered by workman‘s compensation.
• We offer a 2 year warrantee. (Excluding things like vandalism, natural disasters, trees their roots, animals insects, modifications that we did not do, plants, light bulbs, etc.)
• We offer full service packages. There could be some maintenance involved depending on what type of water feature you choose. We can help you a little, a lot, or train you to properly maintain your water feature.
• Rest assured that I, Jeff Mansen will be the one that you speak with during the design process of your water feature, and I will be the one on the job every day making sure things are not only done correctly, but that we go above and beyond what is expected.
